Quick Map Services

QuickMapServices is a QGIS plugin that allows users to add basemaps from many different sources to their project.

It is useful if you want to project SEAT results over stalite imagery or other basemaps.

Install Plugin

To install the plugin, open QGIS and go to Plugins > Manage and Install Plugins. Search for QuickMapServices and install it.

Get Basemap

To add a basemap, go to QuickMapServices > Settings

Select settings

In the Settings modal that opens up, select the More Services tab. Then click on Get Contributed Pack. Once complete click Save and Close.

Add Basemap Layer

To add a basemap layer, go to QuickMapServices > and select the map you want to add. The basemap will be added to your project.
